Physical activity looks different in every community and that is no different in black community. The obstacles that may stop us from getting active are vast and unique to us. How often are you thinking I need to workout? I Will start exercising next week?

The Rebuild Health community is a monthly subscription (£10 per month) which is aimed at supporting you wherever you are in your physical activity journey. If you are ready to make physical activity a part of the day to day we are ready to have you.
This group will help you become aware of areas in your life that might stop you from being active, start making physical activity a consistent part of your life and connect with others on a similar journey.
We know that your journey will never look the same as another person’s journey ad that’s ok! In a safe, supportive space you can get the support you might need.

Making physical activity a part of your life can help you in ways beyond feeling good in your body.

Community
Education
Be part of a like minded community of people. Join a group of people who are all on a journey to making physical activity a part of their day to day lives. This looks like:
Monthly meet ups- Every month we will meet in person to exercise, Bruch and connect
Joining questionnaire - You will receive an initial question that helps us find out what you need to support your goal.
Member newsletter- You will receive our monthly newsletter packed with new activities for you to try, product reviews and upcoming events for members only
Member introductions- To take some of the awkwardness out of the first message we do that for you. If we can see you and other members in the group have similar interests we will connect you.
Physical activity is more than moving your body, it’s also about understanding why. Education is a key piece of what you will get in our community. This looks like:
Expert webinars - You will receive access to online and in person expert workshops & webinars which will allow you to understand physical activity better
Mindset tools - You will receive regular mini mindset tools which focus on areas we might miss. This can include self talk tips, time management etc
Free resources - You will be provided with resources that help you on your journey. This can include exercise trackers, planners and calendars.
Progress
Always connected - you will have access to a online community where you can discuss, share and connect. We encourage shouting about your wins but also discussing your areas for improvement. This looks like:

Meet the Founder
Making physical activity a part of your everyday can be challenging. I totally get it! I have had to check my lifestyle based on a number of health issues that I face and a lack of inactivity I saw around me.
Trust me it wasn’t easy at all. I have gone from not really knowing where to start, thinking a balanced diet involved a Bakewell tart and not understanding my body. To not being a pescetarian (I only eat fish), exercising 5 times a week and generally feeling happier.
I have a motto which is ‘be proactive rather than reactive.’ Physical activity is proactive!

I’m too busy at the Moment…
We all lead busy lives. It’s not about changing your life to accommodate physical activity it’s about working to make it be apart of your lifestyle.
I’m nervous about being Judged …
Everyone in the group will be individually vetted to make sure they are the right fit for the group. We do this by looking at people’s reasons for joining ad what they want to get from the group. Remember this community is a safe space and everyone has the same overall goal in mind. To get more physically active! P.s we do not tolerate any bullying, shaming or unwanted banter, Trust us!

We get that choosing a community and the right one at that matters. There is a large amount of information out there on health which can be confusing but not a lot focuses on mindset and how this impacts our habits. Our community has a key mindset focus and aims to work with a number of different experts to provide you well rounded culturally competent information.

We use a app which is hosted by might networks. This will allow you to create a profile, DM others in the community and interact with the content.

We know everyone will have different needs so we have planned a number of topics to suit all needs. These include setting effective goals, understanding health concerns and changing your views towards physical activity.

When you join us as a member there will be a number of content that is of no cost to you. This includes webinars, resources and workshops. There will be some events that will be at an additional small cost for you if you are a member.
